We came across this ‘handyman’s chance’ just outside Echunga on the road to Hahndorf.   It hides behind another old cottage that’s more derelict every time we pass.

Graeber Road runs East-West, acutely down-hill from Lobethal to Charleston, giving marvellous views down towards the Onkaparinga.  If only I had a billy-cart!
